Mobile Banking Service

Services that are provided by the electronic mobile banking application (CAB Mobile Banking PS)

Today, Cairo Amman Bank presents the new mobile banking application in an advanced manner that keeps pace with the latest modern technologies available on smart devices. The new system provides many electronic banking services with a distinguished set of new and advanced features that give its customers an advanced and unique electronic banking experience.

Subscription Steps

  • Download CAB Mobile Banking PS application from Google Play or Apple Store.
  • When entering the application for the first time after installing it, you will be given the options of either signing up or signing into the application.
  • The application language can also be selected through the option at the top left of the screen.

  • Fill in the following information:
    1. ATM card number (16 digits)
    2. ATM card PIN code (4 digits)
    3. Unified customer number (8 digits starting with 20 or 21)
    4. Customer national ID
    5. Customer’s email
    6. Mobile banking application password, which should be as follows:
      1. Only in English
      2. Minimum of 8 digits
      3. Should contain:
        • Letters (at least one capital letter and one small letter)
        • Numbers
        • Special characters (such as ~!@#$%^&*()_+:”{}[]<>?:)
      4. No consecutive letters or numbers are allowed (such as 123)
    7. Confirm the password
    8. Agree to the terms and conditions

  • Click on the “Service Subscription” button
  • When the registration for the service is completed successfully, the system sends a text message containing a one-time activation code when entering for the first time, to the customer’s mobile number. The code should be entered for verification.

Services provided by the application

Today, Cairo Amman Bank presents the new mobile banking application in an advanced manner that keeps pace with the latest modern technologies available on smart devices. The new system provides many electronic banking services with a distinct set of new and advanced features, which are summarized as follows:

  • A complete review of your accounts, cards, and premium services.
  • Quick access: the customer can directly access the services of cards, transfers, and/or issuing a checkbook.
  • Activate/deactivate the feature of entering the application through the fingerprint or face scan.
  • Open an immediate additional account (current or savings) in the four currencies (shekels, dinars, dollars, euros).
  • Review of account balances (available balance, actual balance, value of the debit current account ceiling granted to the customer, amounts withheld on the account).
  • Review of the account's IBAN number and the ability to copy or share it with others.
  • Review the latest account transactions.
  • The ability to download an account statement for a certain period.
  • Get preferential rates for currency conversion when using the app.
  • The possibility of requesting a checkbook and reviewing the status of the request.
  • Perform transfers between the accounts of the same customer.
  • Perform transfers to another customer's account within the bank.
  • Perform transfers to local banks.
  • Activate the SMS service on the accounts.
  • Activate/deactivate the card(s).
  • Re-sending the card's PIN code via SMS to the customer.
  • Activate/cancel/modify the online purchase limit using the card.
  • The possibility of paying part or all of the used amount of the credit card (credit) and reviewing used and available card limit.
  • Manage debit card accounts such as adding or canceling a card account - changing the card's main account.
  • Review the names and locations of the bank's branches.
  • Bill Payment,charge mobile phones, and university fees.
  • Review the names and locations of ATMs.
  • Review the bank's products.
  • See the bank’s latest news.
  • Review the bank's approved currency exchange rates against the Jordanian dinar.
