Cairo Amman Bank has recently launched a promotional campaign for housing loans, which comes within the framework of the bank’s constant keenness to present distinguished offers and promotional programs within multiple benefits and facilities for its customers that keep pace with their needs and aspirations.

The housing loan campaign launched by the bank continues from 22/11/2022 until 22/02/2023.

Among the most important exclusive benefits granted by the bank within this campaign is that the bank covers mortgage and ownership transfer fees for free, up to a maximum of $300, and 2 free valuation fees, in addition to exemption from commission for loans purchased from other banks.
Among the features of this campaign is financing 85% of the apartment price for a period of up to 25 years with free life and mortgage insurance.

The exemption campaign includes housing loan programs, which are financing ready apartments, renovation, construction, and the personal loan program for housing purposes.

The launch of the housing loan campaign comes within the framework of Cairo Amman Bank’s efforts to meet the needs of customers in terms of housing loans and enable them to own their homes by offering flexible banking facilities with special benefits that meet their requirements and lifestyles.
