Venture Financing

Venture financing is a loan given to individuals, companies, or business owners (professional, industrial, and handicrafts).

This type of loan is provided for the following purposes:

* Working capital financing for a duration of up to 24 months.
* Fixed asset financing for a duration of up to 60 months.
* Financing amount up to JOD 50,000.

  • Venture lifetime doesn’t exceed 5 years.
  • The venture must be registered and licensed by Greater Amman Municipality.
  • Venture bank account statement for the last six months.
  • Must be a Jordanian national.
  • Last payment shall not coincide with applicant’s 70th birthday.
  • The loan interest rate shall be calculated as the average monthly price listed on INTERBANK + interest margin from 9.9% to 11.65%.
  • A commission of 1% shall be paid on the total loan amount for the first year only.
  • Furnish guarantees as per the Bank’s requirements (qualified Jordanian guarantor and/or other warranties).
  • Loan guarantee by Jordan Loan Guarantee Corporation.
  • Bank will issue a life insurance policy for the applicant and/or business partners.
